Pool rules

• Payment for public access to the Natatorium is paid at the door upon arrival by debit or credit.

• Rental of the Natatorium must be done through the facility reservation system and payment made online.
• Failure to abide by the Natatorium rules posted at the facility may result in removal and revocation of privileges.
• The Natatorium for public events or parties is only available on: Saturdays (2:30 pm to 10:30 pm) and Sundays (2:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
• The Natatorium rental fee must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event or the event will be canceled.

Good to know

• Natatorium availability will be posted on the district's website.

Hours on Google Maps (not confirmed with the pool)

Google's hours can be out of date, especially outside the pool season. Call before you go.

Good to know

• The official pages for the Margaret Young Natatorium and the Farmers Branch Aquatics Center were fetched but contained only navigation/tab headings (Hours, Amenities, Daily Passes and Fees, Memberships, Gift Shop, Cancel Your Membership, Address & Contact Info) with no actual content, so no hours, prices, pool details or season status could be extracted.
• Google Maps lists this as an indoor swimming pool at 14032 Heartside Pl, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.

Hours listed by the pool (season not confirmed)

The pool

Programs

Swimming lessons for all ages and skill levels (Learn to Swim)

Features

25 yard/meter lap lanes, Special needs chair lift, Special needs entry/exit ramps, Life jackets available for free at the pool

Good to know

• Hours are listed on the page as 'Lap Swim & Open Swim times' with no season or date range given.
• Admission prices are not on the pool page; it only links to https://irvingtx.gov/aquatic-fees (not in the text).
• The page says the facility closes when lightning is within 10 miles and reopens 30 minutes after the last strike.
• Contradiction on the page: the pool rules say children under 10 need an adult 18+ and children 7 and younger need arm's-reach supervision, while the FAQ says children under 12 need an adult 18+ and children 8 and under need arm's-reach supervision.
• The pool rules mention slide rules and the FAQ mentions food and coolers at outdoor parks; they look like generic City of Irving aquatics text, so no slide is listed as a feature.
• The Parks & Recreation administration hours (M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., (972) 721-2501) are office hours, not pool hours.
• The aquatics landing page says Irving's seasonal pools (Cimarron, West Irving, Lee) were weekends only through Labor Day; North Lake Natatorium is not named in that notice. No season status is stated for this pool.

• The page lists an office phone (214-775-8903) and press box phone (214-775-8902) for the complex; these are not confirmed as pool-specific contact numbers.
• Google Maps lists this location as 'Loos Swimming Pool'; the official page calls it the Alfred J. Loos Athletic Complex Natatorium.
